3.2 Password & Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details completely confidential. In the event of any unauthorised use of your account, contact nd88 support immediately. Allowing any third party to use your account is strictly prohibited.

3.3 Account Suspension or Closure

In the event of a breach of the terms, nd88 may suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice. If evidence of fraud, manipulation, or system abuse is found, the associated balance may be forfeited.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

4.1 Payment Methods

4.2 Minimum Deposit & Withdrawal

The minimum deposit on nd88 for each method is ৳100. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing Time

Approved withdrawals are generally completed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. In some cases, the verification process may take a little longer.

4.4 Transaction Responsibility

5 Bonus & Promotion Terms

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members at nd88 will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳8,000. For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳2,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳3,000.
• Deposit ৳10,000 and receive a maximum bonus of ৳8,000, giving a total balance of ৳18,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

A 15x wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus. This requirement applies only to the bonus amount, not the deposit amount. Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 15 = ৳30,000 must be wagered before the bonus funds can be withdrawn.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer is usable separately, one time only.
• Claiming the same bonus from multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• If evidence of bonus abuse is found, the bonus and any associated winnings will be voided.
• nd88 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer.
• The time limit for meeting bonus terms will be stated in the relevant offer's description.

6 VIP Program & Rewards

nd88's VIP program has three tiers. Players can advance to higher tiers based on their activity and loyalty:

• Bronze: Up to 0.3% cashback per week.
• Silver: Up to 0.5% cashback per week.
• Gold: Up to 0.8% cashback per week.

VIP benefits are at nd88's discretion, and nd88 reserves the right to change the VIP program terms at any time. If a player breaches the terms, VIP benefits may be cancelled.

7 Game Rules & Fair Play

7.1 Permitted Conduct

Every player on nd88 is committed to playing with honesty and fairness. The following behaviour is strictly prohibited on the platform:

• Placing bets automatically using software or bots.
• Exploiting system errors or bugs to gain an advantage.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate outcomes.
• Operating multiple accounts.

7.2 Technical Issues

If a technical error causes incorrect results or payouts to be displayed, nd88 reserves the right to cancel or correct the relevant transaction. nd88 is not liable for any loss caused by an internet connection failure.
